Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data UPLA holds about you and your connected accounts at any time. There are two options:

1. Disconnect a channel (immediate)

Sign in and go to Settings → Integrations. Click Remove next to the Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram integration. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops any further data collection for that channel.

2. Delete your account and all data

To permanently delete your UPLA account and all associated data (including all data received from Meta), send a request from your account email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”. Include the email address of the account.

We will confirm your identity and permanently delete the account, connected-channel tokens, and all associated records within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials.
  • All Facebook / Instagram / Telegram access tokens and connection data.
  • Messages captured from connected channels and any CRM records tied to your account.
